The Details:

The Structure:

• 8 weeks long

• Weekly group calls on Tuesdays at 2pm PT (I'm anticipating about an hour but I'll stay on as long as you need me)

• Unlimited Voxer (a text a voice messaging platform) support (Mon–Fri, 48-hour response time)

• Capped at 8 people

Each week I’ll teach live on the call, answer your questions, and assign homework so you know exactly what to focus on. Homework will be due the following week. Very simple. You’ll use Voxer for check-ins, quick questions, and support between calls. The goal is steady progress with hands-on guidance every step of the way.

The Timeline:

You will have 3 published episodes by Week 6. That gives you:

• Time to draft, record, and edit

• Time to troubleshoot

• And a 2-week buffer to launch with support still in place

This isn’t a rush job, but we’re not dragging things out either.

The Weekly Breakdown:

Pre-Work 
Order gear, set up recording environment, download software. You’ll be sent a gear and setup guide via email prior to to the start date.

Week 1: Gear, Recording, and the Basics
We’ll walk through setup, best practices for clean audio, and light editing. You’ll record a short test track.

Week 2: Your Podcast in a Paragraph
Clarify your concept, format, and episode ideas. You’ll also draft and record your show intro (which you can always change later) and start thinking about your cover art.

Week 3: Episode 1: Draft, Record, Edit, Finalize
Using your new intro and structure, you’ll record and edit your first full episode. We’ll also craft a title and write the show notes, so by the end of the week you’ve got the full package. I’ll help with structure, sound quality, and troubleshoot any tech or audio issues that pop up.

Week 4: Rinse and Repeat: Batch Episodes 2 + 3
Time to get reps! Feedback and troubleshooting available.

Week 5: Host Setup + Upload
Get your show hosted (Buzzsprout or similar), prepare episode descriptions, and schedule your launch.

Week 6: Press Publish
Schedule your first three episodes for launch! Set up a podcast player on your site or hosted podcast website.

Week 7: Stay Visible
Promotion basics, episode sharing, intro to repurposing content if desired.

Week 8: Wrap-up + What’s Next
Review your process, celebrate your progress, and map out your path forward. Remember, starting a podcast is the easy part. Keeping it going is where everyone falls short.
